CERAKOTE
Our Cerakote delivers 9H hardness and 500°F heat resistance on aluminum, Inconel, and more—ideal for firearms and marine components. With in-house curing and sheen varieties, we scale from prototypes to runs, ensuring lightweight, scratch-proof finishes for off-road and defense.
POWDER COATING
Our in-house setup handles it all: aluminum oxide blasting for 11.5’ x 13.5’ x 40’ parts, calibrated powder curing for carbon steel, and post-anodize sealing for enhanced durability.
Specializing in high-temperature Cerakote for titanium and Inconel, we recommend optimal systems for corrosion and wear—backed by two shifts for flexible scheduling.
ABRASIVE BLASTING
Using controlled aluminum oxide and garnet media, we profile surfaces for cosmetic or industrial adhesion—accommodating 11.5’ high × 13.5’ wide × 40’ long parts in our blast booth. Ideal for removing contaminants before powder coating or anodizing, our process ensures etch-free bases for corrosion-resistant applications in defense and marine sectors.
